Pricing questions
How much does an AI agent cost?
With us, a done-for-you agent on Qoren starts at $2,000 per workflow, fixed before work starts, plus Qoren hosting from $39 a month. Custom agents on your own infrastructure get one fixed price after a call, quoted within 2 business days. Model usage is billed at cost on top, under a cap you set.
How much does an AI agent cost per month to run?
It has three parts: hosting (on Qoren from $39 a month, or your own cloud bill for a custom build), model usage (paid at cost, rising with how much work the agent does, and always under a hard cap), and maintenance if you want us to look after it. We estimate the monthly running cost in every quote.
How much do AI automation agencies charge?
Agencies usually price in one of three ways: by the hour, per project, or as a monthly retainer. We do not bill by the hour. Builds get one fixed project price, and ongoing care is a flat monthly retainer, both agreed in writing before work starts.
Why is there no published price for custom work or maintenance?
Both depend on your systems, your rules and how many agents we look after, so a published range would have to be very wide. We give you one fixed figure in writing within 2 business days of receiving your brief.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The discovery call and the written quote are free, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Do you mark up model or hosting costs?
No. Model usage and hosting run on your own accounts or are passed through at cost. We charge only for our own work.
What happens if the scope changes during a build?
If you ask for more than the quote covers, we write up the change and its price before doing it. The original price stays the same unless you approve a change.
