What is a done-for-you AI agent deployment?
It is an AI agent that we build, configure and launch for you around one workflow, such as answering new leads or sorting a shared inbox. We scope the job, connect your tools, add guardrails, test it on your own examples and hand it over running, with a runbook and the account in your name.
What is Qoren?
Qoren is the managed platform we build and operate for running AI agents. It runs OpenClaw, Hermes and Codex agents around the clock on dedicated machines, with job-ready templates and spend caps, from $39 a month. The account is yours. We set it up and configure the agents.
Which agent will you use: OpenClaw, Hermes or Codex?
We pick the one that fits the job. OpenClaw is a widely used open-source assistant that works through chat apps and tools. Hermes, from Nous Research, is built around memory and reusable skills. Codex is OpenAI's agent for code and technical work. The quote names the runtime and says why we chose it.
What does the $2,000 cover?
It covers one workflow from scoping to handover: the agent build and configuration, tool connections, guardrails, testing on your examples, the runbook and a walkthrough with your team. The Qoren plan and model usage are billed separately, at cost, and stay under a spend cap you set.
How long does a deployment take?
The quote states the timeline before you commit. A workflow on Qoren is the fastest thing we build, because there is no infrastructure to set up. Most of the time goes into connecting your tools and testing on your examples.
Is my data safe on Qoren?
Each customer's agents run in a dedicated environment, secrets are encrypted, every action is logged, and agents get only the access the job needs. Anything irreversible, like sending a quote or a refund, can require a person's approval first.
Can I change the agent myself after handover?
Yes. It runs in your own Qoren account, and the runbook explains how it is set up. If you prefer not to, a maintenance retainer covers changes, updates and monitoring.
Can you deploy more than one workflow?
Yes. Each extra workflow gets its own fixed price, and larger rollouts across several teams or clients are scoped together in one quote.
