The Services

Magentic provides AI adoption audits and related build services. An audit results in written recommendations — a prioritized roadmap, suggested tools, an implementation timeline, and an initial quote. Recommendations are advisory; implementing them is a separate engagement. We do not guarantee any specific business result, savings, or outcome.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide truthful information about your business so we can give you relevant recommendations.

Fees and payment

The fees for the pre-audit and full audit are described on our website and at the point of purchase. Fees are charged through a third-party payment processor. Any eligibility for refunds or credits will be as described to you at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Intellectual property

Once paid for, the written report we deliver is yours to use within your business. We retain all rights in our underlying methods, templates, and know-how. Our website content and branding remain the property of Magentic.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Confidentiality

We treat the business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that recommendations will achieve a particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magentic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.
