Support and maintenance

Support and maintenance for AI agents and automations.

We look after AI agents and automations, including ones someone else built. We monitor them, fix them when they break and handle model and API updates, for a flat monthly fee. Each month you get a report of what ran, what broke and what it cost.

01In practice

What changes with a retainer

An agent can break without anyone noticing, for example when a CRM field is renamed or a model is retired. On a retainer, we watch for that.

Alerts when something fails

Every agent has monitoring and alerts, and response times are agreed in writing.

Regular quality checks

We check samples of what the agents produce, so quality problems get found early.

Spend reviewed monthly

We review spend every month, and every key has a cap, so a runaway loop stops at the cap.

Small improvements each month

Each month we review what to improve next, and small changes are part of the fee.

02What's included

What the retainer includes

One flat monthly fee covers the routine work. Anything bigger is quoted before we start.
Monitoring and alerting
Failures, slow runs and unusual spend raise an alert to us, and to you if you want.
Incident response
We diagnose and fix what broke within the response times in your plan, and tell you what happened.
Updates
Model retirements, runtime upgrades, API changes and dependency patches, tested before they go live.
Quality reviews
We check samples of real outputs against what good looks like, and fix the instructions or tools where needed.
A monthly report
What ran, what broke, what changed and what it cost, in plain words.
Small changes included
Tweaks, new rules and small automations are part of the plan. Bigger work is quoted first.

03How it runs

How the retainer starts

For agents someone else built, we start by reviewing what is running and fixing anything risky. Then the retainer starts.

04Fit

Who it's for

Where a different service fits better, we link to it.

A good fit if

  • Agents or automations already run part of your business
  • Nobody on the team owns them full time
  • A quiet failure would cost you leads, revenue or trust
  • Whoever built them has moved on

Not a fit if

05Price

A flat monthly fee, quoted to your setup

The fee depends on how many agents and automations we look after and the response times you need. Model and hosting usage stays on your own accounts, billed at cost and never marked up.

06FAQ

Questions

Why do AI agents need maintenance?

Model providers retire models, APIs and CRM fields change, prompts stop matching how your business works, and costs creep up. When that happens, an agent often keeps running with worse results and no visible error, so someone has to watch it.

What does an AI agent maintenance plan include?

Monitoring and alerts, incident response within agreed times, model and runtime updates, quality reviews of real outputs, a monthly report, and small changes. Bigger work is quoted before we start.

Can you maintain an agent or automation someone else built?

Yes. We start by reviewing what is running, document it and fix anything risky, then take it on under the same flat monthly plan.

Do you support self-hosted OpenClaw or Hermes?

Yes. We maintain OpenClaw and Hermes on a VPS, a Mac mini or your own servers, including updates, security hardening and backups. If you want to stop running the machine yourself, we can move it to Qoren.

How much does AI agent maintenance cost?

It is a flat monthly fee quoted to your setup, based on how many agents and automations we look after and the response times you need. Model and hosting usage stays on your accounts at cost.

What are the response times?

They are agreed in writing for your plan, based on how critical each agent is to your business.
