Is the quote really fixed?
Yes. The quote states the scope, the deliverables and one price. If the scope changes later because you ask for more, we quote the change in writing before doing it. We never bill by the hour for quoted work.
What if my brief is vague?
That is fine. If we need more to price it properly, we email a few questions or suggest a short call. If you are still deciding what to automate, the AI audit is designed for that.
Does asking for a quote commit me to anything?
No. The quote is free, and you can turn it down or take it elsewhere. We will not follow up with sales calls.
